We want you to love your VacuZen Air 10. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return Contact us at {{ email }} with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your VacuZen Air 10 arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, used products, and items missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
